Heaven Swansea event entrance and conduct code

 

By signing up to the Heaven guestlist or attending our night time events you agree to adhere to the Heaven Swansea event entrance and conduct code, failure to do this could result in refusal of entry.

 

1. Sign up to our exclusive guest list to receive your free ticket entry, you will receive an email of confirmation and a reminder mailer the evening before an event is announced.

2. A maximum of 2 tickets are available per guestlist sign up per person, you cannot book guestlist tickets for large groups.

3. Guestlist will close 24 hours prior to the event or when spaces are sold out. All guestlist spaces are entry before 10pm only, if you arrive after 10pm your ticket will not be valid and you will have to purchase entry on the door.

The management reserves the right to deny admission, to refuse entry and/or remove any person from the venue for any reason, but particularly if any of the following Heaven codes of conduct are not adhered to: 

​

• You must be over the age of 18.

• You must be carrying a valid form of photographic identification such as a passport or driver’s licence.

• You appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

• You are behaving in a dangerous, inappropriate, or abusive manner.

• Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards employees of Heaven or fellow customers will not be tolerated and may result in prosecution.

For safety reasons we reserve the right to search clothing, bags and all other items upon entry and exit, and we may confiscate any items that may cause danger or disruption to others.

 

Food and drink items purchased outside of the venue are not allowed to be taken inside the venue. By entering into the venue, You give your express consent to be photographed or filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.

 

Heaven will not in any circumstances reimburse taxi or transport fares for persons not permitted entry.
